The Community Social Worker will be out of the office for a planned medical leave starting on Thursday, June 25. At this time, the Community Social Worker is estimated to be out of the office for approximately three weeks. Appointments and open office hours will be suspended beginning on Friday, June 19 and will remain on hold until the Community Social Worker returns to the office.
